For a student enrolled full-time with at least a 2.3 GPA, that is a Transportation and Logistics Management major, and is an active member of the Transportation & Logistics Club.
About the donor: Duluth-Superior Transportation Association (DSTA)
The Duluth-Superior Transportation Association (DSTA) is comprised of over 100 active members as well as a number of active retired members. Members are from the aerospace, rail, trucking, logistics, and maritime industries, in addition to manufacturers, commercial shippers, supply chain managers, government agencies and more that work together to keep the Duluth-Superior region on the move.
The DSTA partners with other groups to support community events and programs including Fill-a-Truck, Feed-a-Family Food Drive with the Second Harvest Northern Lakes Food Bank, the Christmas Toy Drive with the Salvation Army, their July golf outing, their August family fun night aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Sundew, and their January holiday celebration.
The DSTA Scholarship Committee works with the UW-Superior Foundation and the UW-Superior Transportation & Logistics Management program to support students. They strongly believe that by investing in transportation-related education within the Duluth-Superior community all organizations involved strengthen and solidify their future.
