Overview
UW-Superior’s adaptive physical education certificate program prepares you to teach individuals with disabilities and design customized programs. Combining foundational coursework and hands-on practicum opportunities, students will gain knowledge and experience on how to successfully implement adaptive physical education programs.
Students will also engage in an off-site practicum working with K-12 students and adults with disabilities in various communities.
