Free Dollars to Support Your Education
Applying for scholarships is a great way to earn free dollars to fund your education. Unlike other types of financial aid, scholarships are cash gifts provided by organizations or donors that do not need to be repaid. Along with many scholarship opportunities in and outside of our community, the UW-Superior Alumni and Friends Foundation offers 10 full-tuition scholarships to new, incoming freshmen each year. That means a little time invested upfront could leave you graduating debt-free. Trust us, it’s worth it!
Students can also apply to the Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF), which provides students with stipends of either $1,750 or $3,500, to support them while conducting research.
All scholarships can be easily searched for and located through our scholarship database below. Find scholarships that are the right fit for you by filtering between requirements, type, award amount, audience or departments. You may also view a list of all our scholarships.
