UWS Campus Blood Drive
Make a difference and give hope by joining us!
The UW-Superior Student Involvement team is excited to work with the Memorial Blood Center for a campus blood drive.
Come to the Yellowjacket Union entrance on Thursday, September 12th, from 10:00 am-2:00 pm, and look for the MBC bus to donate. Your donation can save lives and create new possibilities for many across the Northland.
We’re aiming for 32 donors at this life-changing event. Book your appointment at mbc.org with sponsor code 0871. Donating takes just 10 minutes*, but allow for 45 minutes total. Save time by filling out the iDonate questionnaire in advance.
Eat well and drink plenty of water before donating, and remember your photo ID. Let’s impact lives together!
Check your donation eligibility at https://www.mbc.org/donate-blood/guidelines/. International students or recent travelers can call MBC at 888-448-3253 for malaria-related questions

*Consider a double red cell donation, where you give two units of red blood cells in one visit. Plan on an 80-minute appointment to give more and save more lives. Learn more at https://www.mbc.org/donate-blood/about-blood/right-type-your-type/double-red-cell-donation/
This event welcomes the campus and local community. Join us in making a positive difference!
