Facilities Rental Request Form

Thank you for your interest in renting a UW-Superior Facility. Access to UW-Superior facilities is subject to campus and university system policies and as an agency of the State of Wisconsin, policies and regulations of the state, specifically UWS Chapter 21 The purpose of this form is to get you in contact with people who can work with you to process your request and answer any questions you may have.
