Universities of Wisconsin Regent Edmund Manydeeds presented the Universities of Wisconsin Regents Business Partnership Award to Superior Choice Credit Union (SCCU) on Tuesday, October 15, at the newly opened Superior Choice Credit Union Stadium on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Superior. Accepting the award for SCCU was Tim Foster, Chief Executive Officer and President.

The Universities of Wisconsin Regents Business Partnership Award recognizes businesses that positively affect Wisconsin through their generosity and collaboration with universities throughout the Universities of Wisconsin.

“We are honored to receive this award, which reflects our commitment to making a difference in Superior and throughout greater Wisconsin,” said Foster. “By collaborating with the Universities of Wisconsin, we aim to enhance financial literacy and create more opportunities for students and community members in our regions, ultimately fostering lasting financial stability and wellness.”

On hand for the award presentation was UW-Superior Chancellor Renée Wachter and representatives from SCCU and UW-Superior.

Also, during his visit to campus, Manydeeds received updates on UW-Superior’s Anchor of the North initiative, tribal outreach and met with students.
