UW-Superior Black Alumni Speaker Series concludes February 24

The University of Wisconsin-Superior’s Black Alumni Speakers Series will conclude with Marquise Slay and Keith Turner on Monday, February 24, at 3 p.m. in the William “Pope” Wright Student Center. This event, held as part of UW-Superior’s Black History Month celebrations, is free and open to the community.

A 2017 graduate, Slay is the regional sales manager for Oliver Companies and the assistant District Governor for Rotary District 5580.

Turner, a 1992 graduate, is the dean of Student Success, Equity, and Inclusion at Minnesota North College and co-founder of The Promise Is You.

This event is hosted by UW-Superior’s Black Student Union (BSU), Department of Equity, Diversity, Inclusivity, and Alumni & Friends Foundation.

The William “Pope” Wright Student Center is in Old Main, Room 232.
