Terri joined the UW-Superior faculty in the summer of 2001, after 10 years in school human resources in which she specialized in employment and labor relations. For the four years just prior to joining the university, Terri was Director of Human Resources for Duluth Public Schools, providing leadership and coordination of district-wide human resources functions for 2500 school employees. Since joining the Educational Administration Department, she has also served as the campus Director of Human Resources and Affirmative Action Officer.
Terri has held memberships in the American Association of School Personnel Administrators, Society for Human Resources Management, North American Association of Educational Negotiators, Minnesota Association of School Administrators, Wisconsin Association of School Personnel Administrators. She has served as a consultant in the areas of school negotiations, human resource practices, employee evaluation, and superintendent searches and discrimination investigations.
