Please join Superior Adventures, Pruitt Center for Mindfulness and Well-Being, and LiveWell (an initiative of the Pruitt Center) for our first portable sauna and plunge at Wisconsin Point!

Park at parking lot #5 (next to lighthouse) and bring suit, towel and change of clothes. Arrive anytime in the 2-hour window. We will have the sauna, campfire and chairs. Lake Superior will provide the cold plunge! All participants will need to sign waiver when arriving. Free and open to all.
